How do I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with Sparky, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To do this, contact us at [email protected] or send a chat message in the app.

If possible, use the original packaging when returning your order. You must also include all accessories (power adapter and RJ-12 cable). We cannot refund or replace Sparky if it is damaged or incomplete. Shipping costs to return your order are at your own expense.

Within 14 days after we have received your order in good condition, the full order costs will be refunded. We do this with the same payment method that you used for the order.

In the case you ordered your Sparky via one of our resellers (e.g. bol.com, VLB, Elektramat) please get in touch with them directly for returns.
