If you've received a broken or damaged product, we’re really sorry about that! We’ll make sure you get a new one.

Just reach out to our customer service with a photo of the damaged product. You can email it to [email protected] or send us a message in the app.

We’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible, and you can return the broken product to us for free.
