I haven't received my order (yet). What can I do?

If you have not yet received your order, there may be a delay in delivery. First, check the status of your order with the Track & Trace code you received. If you see that there is a delay, you can wait a while. Your order will probably be delivered soon.

If you have not received anything after a few days or if there are no updates in the Track & Trace, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you solve the problem.
