You can easily delete an address. Do you no longer want to see an address's energy data, but don't want to delete the address with all its users and links? Then you can also disconnect the address.
Delete an address
Note: Deleting an address cannot be undone. This action is only possible for Administrators of an address.
Go to Profile
Under 'Home & Energy', select the address you want to remove
Tap the Delete address button at the bottom
A modal will open. You now have the choice to disconnect or delete the address. Tap the delete address button
The address has now been removed. You now no longer have any insight into the energy consumption of this address and all links and users have been removed.
Disconnect an address
Do you no longer want to see the energy data of an address, but do not want to delete the address with all its users and links? Then you can also disconnect the address.
Go to Profile
Under 'Home & Energy', choose the address from which you want to disconnect yourself
Tap the Disconnect address button at the bottom
Are you an Administrator? Then the button is called 'Delete address'. You then get the choice whether you want to remove or disconnect the address
A pop-up will open. You now have the choice to disconnect or delete the address. Tap the disconnect address button
The address is now disconnected. You now no longer have any insight into the energy consumption of this address. All integrations and other users at this address remain untouched.
