Give your friends and family access to Chargee by adding additional users to the Chargee app.
Add a user
Note: Only users with the Administrator role can add a user to an address
Go to Profile
Under 'Home & Energy', choose the address you want to add a user to
Go to Users
Tap the Add a user button
Enter the First name, Last name, Email address and Role of the user you want to add. Click here to learn more about the different roles and permissions
Tap the Add user button
The person you want to add will receive an invitation on the email address you have entered
User without a Chargee account: will receive an email with a magic link to log in to the Chargee app.
Existing Chargee user: can log in with their existing email. Existing users already have an address and can switch addresses by tapping the home icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
Good to know
Only users with the Administrator role can add a user to an address
As a Guest, you only see the Administrators of an address. For privacy reasons, you will not see other Guests.
Have you changed your name in the app? Then it will be changed on all addresses you are invited to.
