How do I give Chargee Support temporary access to my address?

You can easily give our Support department access to your address in the Chargee app.

Add Chargee Support

Only give Chargee Support access to your address if you have issues with Sparky or the Chargee app. Before giving access, please contact us via chat, mail or phone to explain why you would like our support.

Only users with the role Administrator can make changes to your address.

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Under ‘Home & Energy’, choose the address to which you want to give Support access

  3. Next to ‘Charge support’ click the button on the right (fig 1.)

  4. Chargee Support is now invited to your address

You can also remove Chargee Support from your address by turning the toggle off. Chargee support is always granted access as a Guest.
