Our app does not require you to set a password to log in. Instead, you will receive an email containing a link to log in.
If you are unable to log in to the Chargee app, there are a few steps you can take:
Make sure you've used the correct email
You may have accidentally used a different email address than the one the magic link was sent to.
Check your spam folder
Sometimes the email with the magic link may end up in your spam folder. So check your spam folder as well.
Check whether your internet connection is working properly
If your internet connection is not working properly, the magic link may not work correctly.
Try reinstalling the app
Something may have gone wrong while installing the app. Try reinstalling the app and see if you can log in now.
